Wanda Beach is one of a series of beaches that curve for around 4km along Bate Bay. Wanda Beach connects with Elouera beach 400m to the south. To the north Wanda merges into the Cronulla Beach reserve, an unpopulated and undeveloped stretch of beach accessible only by foot.
Wanda Beach is a sandy beach, the sand is pale white, soft and clean.
It has little protection from southerly swell and winds like the beaches to the south.
