Brighton Le Sands - Sydney

Brighton Le Sands is a popular Botany Bay suburb 10km (6mi) South of Sydney, Australia. The beach along the suburb is known as Lady Robinson Beach. It is a long sandy beach on the far west side of Botany Bay, extending from the mouth of Cooks river to the mouth of Georges River. Behind the beach at Brighton is a paved walking track and a busy road that has many cafes and restaurants. Lady Robinson beach is a bay beach protected from ocean swell, but it is exposed and can become a bit choppy on windy days.
